Our approach

To enable the delivery of Strategy 2020, we have developed a people strategy that will allow us to build a pool of skilled and motivated employees who are agile and adaptable.

Our people strategy was developed around four themes, as detailed below, and provides a blueprint for the planning, sourcing, deployment and development of our people. These themes will guide how we manage and grow our human capital to achieve our vision. To create the necessary high-performance culture, we need to build relevant people capabilities. We do this by, embedding talent management and mobility principles, continuing to build leadership that inspires and mobilises our people, and instilling a culture underpinned by the Liberty Citizenship Principles.
