The following statement is made with reference to paragraph 3.4 (b) of the JSE Listings Requirements and the company's SENS announcement dated 13 May 2010.
30 June 2010 - Changes in directorate
In compliance with rule 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements and following the release on SENS dated 10 December 2009, the Liberty Holdings Limited Board ("the Board") wishes to announce the resignation of Rex Tomlinson, Deputy Chief Executive, from the Board with effect from 30 June 2010 in line with his stated intention to pursue other interests.

13 May 2010 - Trading Statement in terms of paragraph 3.4 (b) of the JSE Listing Requirements
Effective 1 April 2010, the revised JSE Listings Requirements oblige companies to provide guidance to the market when they are satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that the financial results for the period to be reported on next will differ by at least 20% from the results of the previous corresponding period.
13 May 2010 - Overview of Trading for the three months ended 31 March 2010
At the annual general meeting to be held later today, chief executive Bruce Hemphill will make the following comments regarding Liberty Holdings' trading for the first three months of 2010 in comparison with the similar period in 2009.
13 May 2010 - Changes in Directorate
In compliance with rule 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, the Liberty Holdings Limited Board ("the Board") wishes to announce the resignation of Hylton Appelbaum from the Board with effect from 12 May 2010 to pursue other interests. The Board also wishes to express its sincere appreciation to Alan Romanis, who having reached the Board's mandatory retirement age, retired from the Board at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting on 13 May 2010.
