The Graduate Development Programme is an 11 month development programme which aims to find and develop exceptional young talent into future leaders within Liberty. Successful applicants attend a rotational programme for an 11 month period where they are exposed to practical on-the-job training and are involved in strategic business projects. Graduates also get experience in the day-to-day running of the business.

Personal and business development
We believe the first step towards a successful career is to ensure that your personal and interpersonal skills are enhanced and developed and should include a solid understanding of the business. This approach creates a valuable platform on which to build a successful career.
Your mentor
Your mentor provides you with a view of Liberty’s business and supports you. Your mentor facilitates opportunities for you whilst on the programme.
Rotation Managers
Various managers provide you with relevant work assignments and ensure that you are managed appropriately within the Business Unit.
Your buddy
Your buddy, a past Liberty Graduate provides you with a social support base and helps you settle into your new role.
CSI initiatives
Corporate Social Investment (CSI) activities have had a positive, measurable impact on levels of education, empowering individuals to be self-sufficient and play more constructive roles in society and it is for this reason that we encourage our Graduates to participate in Liberty’s Corporate Social Investment initiatives.
