What happens during and after the programme?

Please note: Applications for the 2012 Graduate Development Programme open on 1 August 2011.

During your Graduate year, we ensure that the relevant conversations with Line management take place and that you are offered quality work exposure within the respective Business unit. At the end of the programme Graduates are placed in the division that they can add the most value. Ongoing training and support is made available.
